Please submit your maintenance request using the Tenant Portal login below. If you do not have an account to access the tenant portal then please sign up and “Get Started” .

Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm (except for holidays). If the situation requires our maintenance technician to go into your unit to repair the problem when you are not home, we will assume that we have your permission to enter, unless you tell us otherwise. This will greatly facilitate the speed with which we will be able to resolve the repair issue.

For all after-hour tenant emergencies, please call (510) 649-5746. Please be aware that non-emergency requests (for example, lockouts) will not receive a response.
